Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paloma Wine Bar – Ticketed Set Menu Events
All ticketed events at Paloma Wine Bar are planned in advance with produce, staffing, and beverages secured specifically for the event date. For this reason, the following policy applies.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations within 7 days hours of the event, including no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.
Please notify us of the new guest name if possible prior to the event
Dietary Requirements
Due to this event being a set menu, alternations to the dishes will be limited to accommodate dietary requirements.
Event Changes or Cancellations by Paloma Wine Bar
In the unlikely event Paloma Wine Bar needs to cancel or materially change the event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit.
Paloma Wine Bar is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders (e.g. travel or accommodation).
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided where an event is impacted by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, government restrictions, or supplier issues. In such cases, a credit may be offered at management discretion.
