  • We operate on a walk-in only basis and do not take reservations. Due to the small size of the venue, we are unable to accomodate groups of 7 or more.

  • The best way to reach us is by email on hello@palomawinebar.com or by dropping in during our opening hours. We do not have a landline number and do not take bookings via Instagram.

  • Wednesday to Sunday: 4pm to late

  • Children must be accompanied by an over 18 year old. They must remain seated at all times and be wearing shoes. Due to the small size of the venue we cannot accommodate prams inside. If your child is disrupting other patrons or causing safety concerns our staff will unfortunately be required to ask you to leave.

  • Pets are permitted at our outside tables as long as they are on a leash and kept under control. If your pet is disrupting other patrons or causing safety concerns our staff will unfortunately be required to ask you to leave.

  • Paloma is available for exclusive hire for private events and functions. Please email us on hello@palomawinebar.com and our team will get back to you to discuss options.

  • We offer gift vouchers that can be purchased by clicking here

  • We have a smart casual dress code. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times.

  • We do not allow food or drinks that have been purchased elsewhere to be consumed at Paloma.

  • It is an offence to serve alcohol to an intoxicated or disorderly person. Our staff are legally required to deny you service and will ask you to leave if you are deemed unduly intoxicated or disorderly.
